These terms and conditions govern your use of the MoneyBackMansion.co.uk website, and your obligations as a member. You will not use the website for anything that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

By using and registering with MoneyBackMansion.co.uk you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership.

You must be 16 years of age or over and a resident of the UK. Accounts are limited to one per person. Duplicate accounts for members are not allowed. We will only pay moneyback to one account per person.

We reserve the right to refuse membership and also have the right to terminate your account at anytime without notice.

2. Advice.

The information and content of this website are there purely for your information. We are not giving advice and we should not be relied upon for making or avoiding any decisions.

3. Moneyback and Rewards.

You must ensure you are logged into your account and use the MoneyBackMansion links to accumulate your moneyback.

The amount of moneyback you will receive is dependent on the percentage value offered by the specific retailer. You can also earn moneyback by carrying out particular tasks, for example, by completing surveys, and these are illustrated on the site.
Note: Some retailers do not pay MoneyBack on the delivery cost part of your purchase. Some retailers do not also pay commissions on the VAT element of your purchase. MoneyBack amounts are for guidance only and may be more or less than the amounts shown.

All transactions are made with the retailer and not with MoneyBackMansion. Your MoneyBackMansion account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction. Generally this happens within 5 days, although sometimes our retailer's process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).

If any goods are returned, then the retailer and MoneyBackMansion have the right to deduct the money from your account immediately. Furthermore, should a retailer fail to make payment, MoneyBackMansion also reserves the right to reclaim funds from a member's account.
Note:Monthly payments will only be made on confirmed transactions for the previous month (before the 1st of the 'payment' month). If you still have a pending transaction after two months, please contact us using the contact page.

If any information is given fraudulently then the retailer and MoneyBackMansion have the right to deduct the money from your account immediately. We may also suspend your account and inform the relevant authorities.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not have any software or adware that may block your moneyback on your system. You also need to make sure that you turn your cookies on with your browser. If your transactions are not tracked, you will not be paid.

Every transaction made via our site is recorded electronically via cookies and passed back to us by the retailer. MoneyBackMansion will do our very best to ensure all your transactions are reported back to us. However, we cannot be held responsible if the retailer's systems fail to provide us with the required information. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will make every effort to resolve the problem and credit your account.

What is a cookie? - A cookie is a small piece of text that is stored on your computer so that websites you visit can remember who you are. In the case of MoneyBackMansion, it is used to ensure that commission due is credited to your account properly. It is important to note that most major websites use cookies and that no personal details are stored within them, therefore cookies cannot be used by themselves to personally identify you.

4. Issuing of Money.

When a member has reached the £5 confirmed mark on their account, they are qualified to recieve payment. This can be done in several ways and it is up to the member to decide which is most suitable to them. The only methods currently available are Paypal and BACs. Before we can issue payment, you will need to ensure your "Paypal account" email address is complete if opting for this method. Once the amount has been deducted from your account, your balance will be reset.

Your initial signup bonus is set at £1.

The £1 signup bonus will be credited to a member's account upon reaching their first £5, therefore the first time you reach £5, you will recieve £6 in payment. This bonus will only be paid once per member.

Moneyback payments will be issued within 30 days of a request, once your account balance exceeds £5 of CONFIRMED transactions.

Members whose accounts are under £5 of CONFIRMED transactions cannot request payment. A pending transaction becomes confirmed between 30 - 60 days after the transaction was made, depending on the individual retailers payment policies.

If the retailer delays payments or ceases to trade then we will do what we can to recover your moneyback. We cannot, however, be held responsible for this occurring and cannot credit your account until we have received the payment in full ourselves.

Referral bonuses will be automatically added to the apropriate account when the referred user reaches the £5 confirmed mark.
Referral bonuses are recurring.

5. Website Changes.

MoneyBackMansion reserves the right to make any changes (temporary or permanent) to the website as required. We are not held responsible to you for any changes that may occur.
From time to time, we may modify these Terms and Conditions and we will post a revised version on the MoneyBackMansion website.

6. Inactive Accounts.

If your MoneyBackMansion account has not been accessed for a period greater than 12 months, then we reserve the right to cancel it. All monies held on your account will be forfeited if this happens.

7. Links to Third Party Websites.

MoneyBackMansion may have links to third party websites that are tended to and controlled by others. We cannot be held responsible for the content or accessibility of such sites.

8. Privacy Policy.

All your personal information is kept solely for the purpose it was intended. Your email address will not be passed on to, or sold to any third party.

9. Copyright.

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to MoneyBackMansion or otherwise used by MoneyBackMansion as permitted by law.

In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MoneyBackMansion makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

Any decision made to purchase goods or services from a retailer on MoneyBackMansion is the sole responsibility of the user.
Users should read each individual retailer’s terms and conditions before making a purchase. Payments are made directly to the merchant and any issues regarding cancellations or refunds are between the user and the retailer. We accept no responsibility for disputes between users and retailers. The amount of moneyback paid by the retailer is subject to change at any time and MoneyBackMansion cannot guarantee that the amount the member receives will always match that that is displayed. In most cases a higher percentage will be paid due to current retailer promotions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of MoneyBackMansion for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of MoneyBackMansion or that of its employees or agents.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MoneyBackMansion and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against MoneyBackMansion arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

12. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
