1. How does this site work?
By using the links provided on MoneyBackMansion, companies pay us (MoneyBackMansion) a
percentage/fixed price of the product you buy. We in turn give you a percentage/fixed rate back too!
This means that when you buy something from a web site linked from us, you get some of the
money back! One of the best things is that it's free to join!
2. When and how do I get paid?
Each time you reach the £5 confirmed mark you can request payment through paypal or BAC's. After your request, expect payment within 30days.
3. I've reached the £5 confirmed mark, how do I get my money?
When you have reached the £5 confirmed mark, two buttons will be displayed at the bottom of your "transactions" page. Click paypal to request this form of payment, or click BAC's to open the BAC's payment form!
4. Is there a signup bonus?
Yes. There is a £1 signup bonus. Once you have reached your first £5 confirmed payout mark, you will be credited your bonus. Bonus' are usually added to your first payment, so instead of receiving £5 you receive £6.
5. Is there a referral bonus?
Yes. If you refer a member, you will receive £0.50 EVERYTIME they reach the £5 confirmed mark (10%). This applies to every user you refer. So if you refer 5 users, when they reach the £5 confirmed mark, you will receive £2.50. Easy money!
6. What's my referral link?
You can find your referral link in Account>User Details. You can also see who referred you, so you know who that £0.50 is going to when YOU reach £5!
7. I've bought something/done a daily click, why hasn't my balance updated?
When you buy something, it will take a week or two to clear with the retailer, once it has, you will be notified on your Transactions page.
Daily Click's are different:
- You click on a retailer, our Redirect page appears, and automatically adds the click to the database with the "Pending" status, then takes you to the retailers page.
- If your click has tracked correctly by the retailer, we update the clicks status to "Tracked".
- If your click has been verified by the retailer, we update the clicks status to "Confirmed".
Different sites take different lengths of time to track, verify, and payout. As such, status changes will be staggered, with some retailers updating quickly, whilst others lag behind. Any clicks that have remained in the "Pending" status for two months will be deleted and assumed to be untracked, unverified or false clicks.
8. My account balance has gone down! How come?
If you return a product within a certain amount of time your transaction will be cancelled This means we cannot forward you your commission.
